Pizza


You can't go wrong with pizza.

This is my main man 'Tonio over at Pizza Cotto about to serve up a 'kilo' (that's how he describes them) of goodness straight from the brick oven. Once you've tasted a real Italian pizza cooked with flames in a brick oven, then there's no going back to cookie cutter , machine handled atrocities.

In Italy pizza is served as a sort of appetizer where you rip off however much you want. It's just baked bread with whatever topping you like. You make it as fancy as you want, as big as you want and you don't even need a knife and fork. Pizza is the best.
